NHS 111 online is a new public service from NHS England and NHS Digital. Anyone with an urgent health concern can visit 111.nhs.uk, answer questions about their symptoms, and find out what to do or where to go. The triage usually takes less than two minutes.
AutonoMe is a virtual support provider designed to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities. We help Local Authorities by providing data on the independent living skills service users have developed whilst using AutonoMe which enhances Local Authorities’ understanding of these service users’ support needs. Local Authorities get feedback directly from service users on the outcomes they are working towards with AutonoMe which enables them to better assess their independence in these areas and commission accordingly.

National Record Locator (NRL)
The National Record Locator, a new NHS Digital service, enables NHS clinicians to find patient information held by other health organisations. The first phase went live in November 2018, helping ambulance clinicians to access mental health crisis plans for their patients and provide them with better and more appropriate care.

StartWell SingleView of a Child
StartWell’s Single View is a digital view of a child supporting Wigan Council’s ‘Place-based’ locality approach. The system allows registered professionals to access, data, which assists in the triage of a family/social situation, allowing services to be wrapped around the child and access to early help and intervention.
