Developed an open-source Neural Machine Translation service which in 3 steps automatically translates content into 75+ languages. Significantly reducing cost and time whilst retaining quality, praised by inspecting bodies, law and justice, now being implemented globally.

DWP Digital: Citizen API project

The Environment Agency’s Flood Warning Service is England’s flagship service to warn and inform the public to flooding. To safeguard the service through industrial action a digital solution was developed that automatically detects and then sends messages to millions of people.

LOTI: Get Online London

Get Online London is London's first digital inclusion service supported by the Mayor of London and delivered by the London Office of Technology and Innovation and Good Things Foundation. It offers free devices, mobile data and digital skills to digitally excluded Londoners.

The Ministry of Defence: Improving Access to Information

With several organisations that sit in the MOD, they were having difficulty processing Data Protection Requests and providing a good service to personnel. MOD now has a vastly improved service & in one area of the MOD alone, they are saving over 70000 hours a year.

The Northern Ireland Civil Service Digital Toolkit

The Digital Toolkit is a single platform making online services accessible to multiple communities, organisations in the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) and wider Public Sector, whilst maintaining the highest data protection and security standards.
