Carmarthenshire County Council

The Council has created a Digital Transformation Strategy that underpins all decision making. The geography of Carmarthenshire makes this a challenge to provide digital infrastructure to our citizens, but the investment improves accessibility to our digital customer services. The Digital Transformation Steering Group commits £200k annually to support transformational projects.

London Borough of Hackney

Hackney was voted the council of the last 20 years in the Local Government Chronicle awards, 2016. It has saved £100m in the last ten years and has to save at least £35m more by 2022. It has one of the highest resident satisfaction scores in the country.

London Borough of Harrow

Harrow Council is a London unitary Council providing over 500 different services to its 250,000 residents. Harrow is the 7th most diverse borough in the country with over 50 per cent of its 230,000 residents sharing ethnically diverse backgrounds. It’s also the most religiously diverse borough in the UK with large Jewish and Hindu communities.

Nailsea Town Council

Nailsea Town Council is in North Somerset (Unitary Authority), located about 10 miles south west of Bristol. As the first tier of local democracy the Town Council is non-political, and is an ambitious and progressive advocate for its residents.
